Austfonna Ice Cap

Austfonna Ice Cap, the third largest ice cap in the world, is ra- pidly melting due to global warming. During a visit, I captured a stunning image of a waterfall formed by melting ice. Although beautiful, the sight was disheartening as it reminded us of the ice cap’s decline. The image is a result of 26 frames stitched together, highlighting the fleeting beauty of this natural wonder. The melting of the Austfonna Ice Cap is contributing to rising sea levels, posing a serious threat to the planet’s future.
