between Two Worlds
Tocapturethisshot,Ididalotoffieldwork,monitoringthe area where the toads would gather for breeding, in a quiet area of the Barbanza river. I waited a long time before the right conditions were created for this show. In the photo I try to reflect the toads’ life divided between two worlds: they spend their adult life on land, but they need water to be able to reproduce.
