This is the site of the International Nature Photography Award called OASIS Photo Contest. The Award is organized by the Italian Association of Naturalistic Tourism, Cuneo section based in via Fontana 4 Rodello (CN) – Italy. The main partner of the Award is the Italian magazine OASIS published by the publishing company OASIS Magazine srl based in Lora 2 in Guarene (CN) Italy.

Like most websites, Oasisphotocontest.com collects information that cannot identify the person, such as those typically made available by browsers and servers such as browser type, language preference, sites of origin and date and time of each request of the visitor. The purpose of collecting this non-personally identifying data is to better understand how visitors use the site. Registration on the site
When visitors sign up to the site, we collect the data shown in the sign up form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to facilitate spam detection.
When you log in, we will also set several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days and screen options cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
Participation in the competition
To participate in the competition, you must provide other personal data (personal data and residence) and contact details (email telephone) necessary for the performance of the prize. You will also have to pay a participation fee which includes the annual membership fee to the AITN (Italian Association of Naturalistic Tourism) as the International Nature Photography Award is a social activity reserved for members
Use of Personal Information
We will not use the information you provide to register for an account, to enter the contest, to receive the newsletter, in any other way. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties without your permission or the law requires us to do so.
Access to data and cancellation
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please follow the instructions at the end of this section.
All data provided by participants in the Award can be viewed and modified by participants via the personal link found under PROFILE SETTINGS which can be reached from the personal menu of the account that appears on the home page after registration.
Also from this menu it is possible to cancel the account with the irreversible loss of all connected data
Retention of personal information
We will keep your personal information in our systems only as long as it is necessary to carry out business. We will retain contact information (such as information for mailing lists) until you unsubscribe or request that your information be deleted from our production system. If you choose to unsubscribe from a mailing list, we will keep a limited amount of information about you to fulfill your request.
