where the Surf Beats
I took this photo on an unforeseen occasion. I was on the island of Tenerife, trekking in a lava gorge that ended at the sea. In spite of the weight and the limited possibility of using them, I decided to bring a tripod and a long focal length. Once on the beach, I started to photograph crabs. The tripod and ND filter then proved to be es- sential.
